After a lot of Pomodoros I was able to finish the book 5AM CLUB. I haven’t yet able to make it a habit to sleep early and wake up at 5AM but I can say with complete honesty that I’m doing the best I can to utilize my time to the best of my abilities. The use of pomodoro technique helps me stay productive and restful while focusing on completing the task at hand. The book talks a lot about achieving mastery at your chosen field by waking up early. It talks about the importance of having a world class morning routine and rising up at 5AM. To make something a habit it needs 66 Days.
