Changing Habits

I have to change my habits to those that align with a healthy lifestyle. I will exercise on the treadmill til I reach my personal goal which is exercising 15 minutes each day. I avoid to do that because I don’t have drive and motivation. My motivation lies in the fact that I need to raise my standards. I need more energy to fulfill my day to day duties. I do not find important to have a healthy lifestyle because my father does not have a healthy lifestyle. But I am my own person, I am an adult. I can make better choices than him.

I can lose weight and brush my teem at night and stay consistent. I have to make it a goal. What is my goal?

My goal is to make it important to exercise, brush my teeth and read a personal development book at night. Why this is important? It’s important to avoid the tooth pain my father is going through and to feel better with my self by loosing weight. Also by reading a personal development book can help me stay consistent with my goals and reach for bigger goals that will make me feel happier and gain confidence.
