Health Goal

An important goal of mine is to embrace healthy habits. The habits I must acquire are brushing my teeth before bedtime and exercising on the treadmill. What stops me is that I do not have the patience to push through the beginner face of being a runner. Also I have other dreams and goals that these habits come in second not first as they should be.

At 9:00 I will stop everything I do and get up on the treadmill for 2 minutes each day for a week. I will increase my exercise 1 min week by week. This way I can start small but keep up the motivation and drive as a high achiever. What I dream of is to run 15 minutes on the treadmill or out on the street. Preferably on the street.

I must make it a habit to get up at 4:30, run for 15minutes, take a shower, eat breakfast, but until, I am at this level I just want to exercise on the treadmill at evening after work.
