At the moment I’m working at Primetel with a colleague who needs to be trained. There is a lot of workload though and I feel that I can’t manage everything by myself. Maybe it is best to arrange a 15 minutes morning meeting with Constantinos to catch up and get organized. There are a lot of tasks that I’m required to handle. I need to duplicate myself. Costantinos needs to be able to handle leavers and newcomers by himself, so I can focus on learning and handling more advanced IT Support tasks.

Give them time. As a leader I must build up my colleagues confidence. To build confidence I must build a friendly relationship first.
