All is required is the desire and commitment from myself to follow through each day. What people can do is different that what people will do. Personal power is the ability to act. Success and failure is not overnight. It’s one step at a time. Power comes from concentrating your focus and take daily action to improve something. Simple, small changes daily. Anything you focus on, you will improve you will get better.
I live by a philosophy I demand more from myself than anyone else would ever expect. Inspiration and Desperation are driving forces. Study success. Study wealth, happiness…repetition is the mother of skill. Most of us have a subconscious idea of what we think we deserve. Like a thermostat we start sabotaging our selves to meet the us idea.
This moment is a new fresh opportunity the past is not equal the future. What changes your life is not learning more. What changes your life is taking decisions and use your ability to act.
The ultimate success formula.
- You have to know your outcome. The more clear you are the more you empower your brain to come up with solutions. Clarity is power.
- Use your personal power take action. If you try and doesn’t work you have an education. How you do that you decide. Make a decision you are not willing to live the way you do. Cut off from any other possibility. The only way to deal with fear is face it. Breaking through fear is like a muscle, you start small and build
- Fail, and see what you get from your actions. Notice what you are getting from your actions, I’m I getting closer to my goals. Flexibility is power. Pay close attention
- Instead of feeling like a failure, try something else until you succeed. Grub the power of flexibility.
- Speed up the formula, by using role modeling to accelerate the pace of your success. Success leaves clues. Knowledge is not power, knowledge is potential power.
When you are frustrated get excited. “I’m about to learn something” As long as you learn something you have succeeded.
Assignment
Think of two actions/decisions you’ve been putting off that can change the quality of your life. There is power in momentum. Make the decision and follow through. Screw up big. Because you will learn something. Just go for it.

- Write down the opposite, what it will cost you if you don’t change. (What drives us are emotions)
- I will continue to get fat.
- What will you gain by taking action right now.
